泪道激光联合植管术对泪道阻塞患者眼表及神经肽P物质的影响
Effect of laser canalicular plasty combined with drainage tube implantation on ocular surface and neuropeptide P in patients with lacrimal duct obstruction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laser canalicular plasty combined with drainage tube implantation on ocular surface and neuropeptide P in patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods 86 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups,43 patients (75 eyes) in each group.The patients of the control group were treated with laser canalicular plasty,while those of the treatment group were given drainage tube implantation additionally based on the control group.All cases were followed up.After treatment,the clinical effect of both groups were observed.In addition,ocular surface was assessed,which included tear film rupture time,tear secretion,and the content of neuropeptide P.Results After treatment,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group (93.33%) was better than that of the control group (81.33%) (P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences in tear film rupture time and tear secretion between the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment (P>0.05).The content of neuropeptide substance P of the control group did not change significantly after treatment [(258.43±17.35) pg/ml before treatment,(262.43±14.74) pg/ml after treatment] (P>0.05);while the content of neuropeptide substance P of the treatment group after treatment [(305.64±27.53) pg/ml] was significantly higher than that before treatment [(253.38±16.04) pg/ml] (P<0.05).Conclusions Laser canalicular plasty combined with drainage tube implantation can improve the clinical effect in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction,which has no significant effect on ocular surface,but can increase the content of the neuropeptide P,which may due to the SP plays a role in the issue repair process after surgery.关键词
