Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect offiberoptic bronchoscopy in patients in emergency intensive care unit (EICU).Methods 100 severe patients undergoing mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with routine anti-infection and sputum aspiration,and the study group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum aspiration with fiberoptic bronchoscopy,sputum samples culture.The effect was compared between the two groups.Results The mortality rate (0％),the time of mechanical ventilation [(6.2±0.8) days],and the treatment time in ICU [(8.0±1.2) days] in the study group were lower than those in the routine group [12.0％,(8.7±1.3) days,(9.7±1.5) days],and the improvement of serum and blood gas indexes in the study group was significantly better than that in the routine group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy can effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,improve blood gas indexes,shorten treatment time,and improve prognosis of EICU patients.关键词
