目的 探究老年重症肺炎患者采取痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响.方法 研究对象选取2016年5月至2018年5月期间在本院治疗的92例老年重症肺炎患者,按随机数表法分成对照组(46例)与观察组(46例),对照组给予使用哌拉西林舒巴坦,观察组在此基础上加用痰热清注射液,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子水平[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)]及临床症状消失时间.结果 相比对照组,…查看全部>>
