Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological intervention on the quality of life of COPD patients in stable stage.Methods 58 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stable stage who received pulmonary rehabilitation training in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine pulmonary rehabilitation training,and the research group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.SDS score and SAS score,6 min walking distance,pulmonary function,and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,SDS and SAS scores in the research group [(23.2±2.1) points,(25.6±1.9) points] were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,6 min walking distance,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and the scores of physical function,social function,cognitive function,role function of SF-36 scale in the research group [(353.8±21.6)m,(71.53±1.23)％,(67.35±1.25)％,(84.3±5.6) points,(88.2±3.8) points,(83.6±5.3) points,(83.9±4.6) points] were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological intervention can more effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of COPD patients in stable stage,improve their psychological status,and then improve their quality of life.关键词
