Abstract
As an important inherent quality feature of equipment,reliability not only directly affects equipment readiness and availability,but also is closely related to equipment life-cycle cost. In this paper,the concept of "replacement of high quality com?ponents" and "redundant design" to enhance the reliability of equipment is analyzed,this paper has analyzed the specific measures used in different reliability design schemes bring about changes in the reliability and cost. The example shows that different reliabili?ty design schemes will bring great differences in reliability and cost. A way to establish a reliability design scheme and cost relation?ship model based on reliability specific measure as a "bridge" is proposed,which has practical significance for reliability design op?timization.关键词
