"中兴事件"对我国产业发展的启示:基于专利分析
The Enlightenment of "ZTE Denial Order" Incident to China's Industrial Development:Based on Patent Analysis

Abstract
The trade war between the United States and China is a contest between China and the United States for the technical commanding heights in the new round of technological revolution. The incident in which China's ZTE Corporation was completely banned in the United States (the " ZTE Denial Order" ) has drawn wide attention from the government and people. It is very important to learn what are the implications of the " ZTE event" on China's industrial development, which deserves our in-depth study. [Method/Process]Firstly, the ICT equipment manufacturing industry chain was sorted out. Then based on the patent data of Derwent Pa﹣tent Database, through the patent IPC co-occurrence analysis and the relevant theories and methods of social network analysis, the paper extracts the core IPC sub-categories involving industrial development, and compares the patent distribution of enterprises under the core IPC sub-category. [ Result/Conclusion] The research shows that in the ICT industry, ZTE has accumulated strong patent technology strength in some technical fields, but it has not yet formed a complete industrial technology chain, and it needs to be supplemented by up﹣stream and downstream. It is urgent for our country to develop all-industry technology chain, breakthrough key points of ICT industry, and form an efficient and complete ICT industry chain.关键词
