An Approach to the Acquisition and Analysis of Safety &Security-Related Intelligence: R-M Method
摘要
Abstract
Safety &security-related intelligence (SI) is the support,key point and essential element for safety&security management (SM). Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical importance to study the acquisition and analysis of SI. [Method/Process]At first,this article discusses the route of the acquisition and analysis of SI from the SM perspective. Then,this paper proposes the " risk-management (R-M)" method to the acquisition and analysis of SI,based on the route of the acquisition and analysis of SI from the SM perspective. On this basis,this article analyzes the concrete implementation of R-M method. Finally,this paper discusses the quantification of R-M method. [Result/Conclusion]The results show that the R-M method emphasizes that the acquisition and analy﹣sis of SI should be based on SM itself,and it acquires and analyzes SI from two aspects,namely " risk module" and " management mod﹣ule" . Meanwhile,the R-M method can not only achieve the comprehensive acquisition and analysis of SI,but also provide an effective service and support for choosing and making safety &security strategies.关键词
