Case Reasoning Model of Network Public Opinion Based on Ontology
摘要
Abstract
This paper applies ontology technology to the process of case-based reasoning of network public opin﹣ion, can standardize the case structure in the case base, and improves the reusability of case knowledge. This paper combines ontology with case-based reasoning by constructing a case-based reasoning model of network public opinion, has important theoretical and practical significance for the government to effectively respond to the network public opinion of emergencies. [Method/Process]Based on the con﹣struction of case ontology, this paper puts forward the system framework of case-based reasoning for network public opinion of emergen﹣cies through four main reasoning steps: case retrieval, case reuse, case revision and case preservation, completing case similarity of output and problem solving Higher sample case solution. [ Result/Conclusion] The ontology model based on the case ontology and the method model base optimizes the process of case inference, provides the reusability of knowledge and provides ideas for decision makers to recom﹣mend solutions.关键词
