法国反腐败开放数据的保障机制研究
Research on the Guarantee Mechanisms of Anti-corruption Open Data in France
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of anti-corruption, this paper investigates the progress of French open data, in order to provide a reference for the development of open data policies in China. [Method/Process]Applying the research methods of liter﹣ature review and case analysis, taking France as an example, based on the first-handed materials from literature and websites, the paper discusses the organization, policy and legal mechanisms of anti-corruption open data. [Results/Conclusion]The paper suggests that China should establish the organization management mechanism of open data, improve the supporting laws of open data, and strengthen the poli﹣cy guarantee of open data.关键词
