Research Progress on the Roles of Tumor Associated Macrophages in Ovarian Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in gynecology. It causes the highest mortality rate among the gynecologic malignant tumors. Tumor-associated macrophage (TAM), involved in the occurrence and development of tumors, is the most important type of immune cells in tumor microenvironment. The recruitment and polarization of TAMs and the immunosuppression of TAMs in tumor microenvironment affect the recurrence, metastasis and drug resistance of ovarian cancer. This article reviewed the roles of TAMs in advanced ovarian cancer, in order to find a possible effective macrophage-targeted therapy for ovarian cancer.关键词
