异环磷酰胺联合脂质体阿霉素治疗骨肉瘤的效果分析
Effects of Ifosfamide Combined with Liposome Adriamycin in the Treatment of Osteosarcoma★

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ifosfamide combined with liposomal doxorubicin in the treatment of osteosarcoma pa-tients and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods 84 patients with osteosarcoma who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with ifosfamide. Patients in the observation group were treated with ifosfamide and liposomal doxorubicin for 6～8 cycles. The clini-cal efficacy, 2-year tumor-free survival rate, the serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment, and adverse reactions occurred in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33% (35/42), and that of the control group was 57.14% (24/42). It was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The 2-year tumor-free survival rate of the observation group was 61.90% (26/42), and it was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 33.33% (14/42). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the WBC count, CRP level and TNF-α level decreased, while the IL-10 level increased in both groups. The mentioned serum inflammatory factor levels even decreased or increased greater in the observation group than the con-trol group (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ifosfamide combined with liposomal doxorubicin is effective in the treatment of osteosarcoma patients. This combined treatment can signifi-cantly improve the serum inflammatory factor levels of patients with high safety, so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
