阿霉素联合顺铂对基底细胞癌患者VEGF水平的影响及其疗效分析
Effect of Adriamycin Combined with Cisplatin on Basal Cell Carcinoma and the Level of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Patients★

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of adriamycin combined with cisplatin on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level of patients with basal cell carcinoma and to observe the clinical efficacy. Methods Forty cases of basal cell carcinoma patients were randomly selected from our hospital as the research objects. According to the principle of digital meter method, they were divided into con-trol group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. The control group got adriamycin therapy, the observation group got adriamycin combined with cisplatin. Observe and compare the clinical effects, adverse reactions, serum VEGF level, pain score and self-efficacy of two groups. Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). The VEGF level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adriamycin combined with cisplatin had a good therapeutic effect on basal cell carcinoma.关键词
