Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of risk nursing in assisting treatment of capecitabine combined with hydroxycamptothecin on the expression of Cyclin D1 in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 130 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group (n=65) and the observation group (n=65) randomly. All pa-tients were treated with capecitabine combined with hydroxycamptothecin. And the patients in control group got routine nursing, while those in the observation group were assisted with risk nursing. The general data of the two groups, the occurrence of complications, the changes of the related factors in the serum, the nursing results and the compliance of the nursing care were observed and compared. Results The inci-dence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The patients in the observa-tion group achieved better results in nursing and compliance than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum levels of Cyclin D1 factor, Hcy, IL-10 and hs-CRP of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The risk nursing in assisting treatment of capecitabine and hydroxycamptothecin had good effects for patients with gastric cancer. It helps to reduce the incidence of complications, regulate the serum Cyclin D1 factor and improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
