Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in Tujia and Han cancer patients in this region. Methods The adverse reactions of antitumor drugs and related adjunctive drugs in 240 cases of Tujia and Han cancer patients were retro-spectively analyzed. Results There were no differences in age, sex distribution and severity of ADR among Tujia and Han cancer patients (P>0.05). Antitumor drugs and related adjunctive drugs caused the most cases of ADR in both Tujia and Han group of patients. The most common types of ADR included skin and appendage lesions, gastrointestinal system damage. There were differences in ADR between the patients with different categories of primary tumors (P<0.05). Conclusion There were differences in tumor types of Tujia and Han patients with ADR and doctors should pay attention to it.关键词
