Biological Detoxification of Aflatoxin for Food and Feed: A Review
摘要
Abstract
Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus contaminate corn, sorghum, rice, peanuts, corn, rice, sorghum, peanuts and other grain crops. They produce aflatoxins, especially aflatoxin B1( AFB1) , which is classified as a grade 1 carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. Many studies have fo-cused on aflatoxin removal from food or feed, dietary supplementation with non-nutritive mycotoxin-sequeste-ring agents is by far the most widely studied method for reducing the effects of mycotoxin exposure. It is detox-ified by physical combination. However, the disadvantages of this method include incomplete detoxification, reduced feed nutrition and palatability, and environmental accumulative pollution, which are becoming more and more prominent. Biological detoxification has become the focus of current research because of its high effi-ciency and safety. Biological detoxification mechanisms-either microbe adsorption or biological degradation. Lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and some yeast efficiently binds AFB1. In addition, a large number of bacteria, fungi and biological enzymes have biodegradability to aflatoxin. This review explored the kinds of microbe-associated aflatoxin decontamination microbes and enzymes, detoxification effect and its mechanism.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(2) :521-529]关键词
