摘要

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to compare the differences of nutritional components and serum bio-chemical indices in fatty liver between Xupu geese and Landes geese. Sixty 85-day-old Xupu geese ( body weight 5 200 g) and Landes geese ( body weight 4 640 g) in the same batch and the same breeding conditions were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the variety, each group contained 20 replicates with 3 geese per replicate. After 5 days of pre-feeding, geese were overfed for 21 days. The body weight, liver weight, abdominal fat weight, the composition of amino acids and fatty acids in liver and serum biochemical indices of Xupu geese and Landes geese were determined. The results showed as follows: 1) the final weight and abdominal fat weight of Xupu geese were significantly higher than those of Landes geese( P<0.05) . There were no significant differences in initial weight, body weight gain rate, liver weight, liver to body ratio, feed consumption and feed to liver ratio between Xupu geese and Landes geese ( P>0.05) . 2) The composition of amino acids in liver was the same and had significant differences between Xupu geese and Landes geese ( P>0.05) . 3) The contents of unsaturated fatty acids in liver of Xupu geese were significantly higher than those of Landes geese( P<0.01) , among them, the contents of methyl oleate, methyl cis-11-eicosate and methyl doco-sahexaenoate were significantly higher than those of Landes geese ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). However, the con-tents of saturated fatty acids in liver of Xupu geese were significantly lower than those of Landes geese ( P<0.01) , among them, the content of methyl palmitate of Xupu geese was significantly lower than that of Landes geese ( P<0.01) . 4) The triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol contents and aspar-tate aminotransferase activity in serum of Xupu geese were significantly higher than those of Landes geese ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) . There were no significant differences in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content and alka-line phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase activities between Xupu geese and Landes geese ( P>0.05) . In sum-mary, overfeeding under high temperature has a greater impact on the production of geese fat liver; the liver production performance and liver fat deposition ability of Landes geese are better than those of Xupu geese to some extent, but the contents of unsaturated fatty acids in liver of Xupu geese are significantly higher than those of Landes geese, which is more benefit to human health.
