miR-146a在乳腺癌组织中的表达及对乳腺癌细胞生物学特性的影响

Abstract
Objective To examine the expression and the pathological significance of miR-146 a in breast cancer and investigate the effects of its over-expression on the behavior of human breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231. Methods qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-146 a in 41 samples of human breast cancer tissues and 7 samples of normal tissues. We synthesized has-miR-146 a mimics, and then transfected them into MDA-MB-231 cells. The effect of miR-146 a was de-termined by real-time PCR. The cell growth and cell cycle of MDA-MB-231 cells were determined by flow cytometry. Results The expression of miR-146 a in breast cancer tissues was lower than in nor-mal tissues. The growth of MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with has-miR-146 a mimics was sup-pressed as compared with the control group. Conclusion miR-146 a is lowly expressed in breast cancer tissues and might be a useful biomarker for pathological identification of different types of breast cancer.关键词
