Abstract

Aiming at the leakage location problem of complex stiffened plate structure of spacecraft shell,an amplitude spectrum index method for positioning continuous leak signals in complex structures is proposed.The method uses a distributed sensor network to build an index matrix based on the a priori amplitude spectral feature values and determine the leak location based on the minimum variance.An experimental system using a laser Doppler vibrometer and a reinforced aluminum plate is built. Three types of 135 sound sources were selected for positioning experiments.The experimental results show that,with the grid center coincident,the average error of 4.3 mm can be achieved, and the average positioning error of all samples is 2 1.7 mm.The proposed amplitude spectrum index method has certain universality.The technical method is also applicable to structural health monitoring and leak location warning of complex structures of other spacecraft.
