Abstract
In light of the time-delay problem in the dynamic frequency regulation of power system,the causes of insta?bility induced by time delay are given. First,a time-delay model of power system under dynamic frequency regulation is derived,and its structure and components are analyzed. Then,the time delay link is processed through the Padé ap?proximation,and a time-delay coefficient matrix is established by coupling the time-delay and model coefficients, which is further used to trace the changing locus of eigenvalues of the time delay system. With the utilization of a typical power system under dynamic frequency regulation,it is found that the time delay and control parameters for the corre?sponding loop affect the same dominant eigenvalues,and the time delay therein gradually deteriorates the frequency sta?bility of the power system through ultra-low frequency oscillation.关键词
