摘要

Abstract

Considering that the windowed interpolation fast Fourier transform(FFT)method leads to larger errors in the estimation of harmonic parameters in dynamic and impact load power metering,a combined method of windowed inter?polation FFT and estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques(ESPRIT)is proposed in this pa?per. The windowed interpolation FFT applies a 10-cycle time window to analyze the signal with a slowly changing ampli?tude,while the ESPRIT method uses 2-cycle time-window high-precision harmonic parameter estimation method for the analysis of amplitude-fast signals. Simulation results show that the measurement precision of impact signal power meter?ing calculated by the combined method is about 10 times higher than that calculated by the windowed interpolation FFT;the combined method is applicable to dynamic and impact load power metering.
