摘要

Abstract

For the damage of reverse power generation to the equipment and electric energy waste problem of down stroke of beam pumping unit during the operation,the simulation model of common DC bus was established,and the crossfeed energy saving method of variable frequency control was designed,a control strategy for energy saving based on control algorithm of fuzzy neural network feedback and frequency conversion was proposed. By reading the real-time monitoring of the operating state for the pumping unit,the frequency modulation object and frequency increment were determined according to the analysis and operation,and the running pace of the pumping unit was changed,finally,a common DC bus voltage stability was achieved,and the reverse power generation was used by other motors. The experimental results show that the energy saving control strategy can reduce the fluctuation of common DC bus voltage and utilize the reverse power generation energy effectively.
