摘要

Abstract

Half bridge inverter type DC-DC converter is widely employed as plasma cutting machine power supply. It has the advantages of simple structure,easy control and low cost,but has the DC capacitor voltage balancing problem,which is the key problem of long-term operation of cutting machine. The effects of voltage sharing and energy storage of the capacitors were analyzed with different capacitances,and a steady passive voltage sharing method and a dynamic active voltage sharing on the basis of voltage deviation were put forward,and the PI controller over output current was adopted. Eventually,the plasma cutting machine with continuous output current at 35~105 A was prototyped, when fed by 380 V three-phase power supply,the voltage deviation across the two capacitors fell into ±10 V.
