Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effects of tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods 130 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary infection from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided in-to two groups. 65 patients in the control group were treated with cefoperazone sulbactam. 65 patients in the observation group were treated with tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam. The lung functions and blood gas indexes were detected before and after treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. Results After treatment, FEV1 , FVC, FEV1/FVC, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, blood oxygen saturation were increased in the two groups (P<0.05). FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, blood oxygen saturation and overall response rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Wheezing, cough and wheezing sound disappeared earlier in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam have significant effects on lung function and blood oxygen and shorten treatment time in the treatment of COPD complicated with pulmonary infection.关键词
