腹腔镜经腹膜前法使用免钉合3D补片治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床研究
Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Treatment of Inguinal Hernia through Transabdominal Preperitoneal Approach Using Free Stapling 3D Mesh in Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical outcomes of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia through transabdominal preperitoneal approach using free stapling 3D mesh in elderly patients. Methods 80 elderly patients with inguinal hernia in our hos-pital between June 2015 and July 2016 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group ac-cording to the treatment methods. The control group was treated with traditional Lichtenstein tension-free hernioplasty. The observa-tion group was treated with laparoscopic repair through transabdominal preperitoneal approach using free stapling 3D mesh. The clinical efficacies in two groups were compared. Results The postoperative ambulation time, length of hospital stay and hospitalization ex-penses in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Visual analogue scores (VAS) af-ter 24 h and 7 d in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of postoperative complication was lower in the observation group than that in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia through transabdominal preperitoneal approach using free stapling 3D mesh is effective, safe and reliable in older pa-tients. It can reduce postoperative pain.关键词
