老年股骨粗隆间骨折伴骨质疏松患者术后早期应用唑来膦酸的临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Zoledronic Zcid in the Early Postoperative Period of Older Patients with Intertrochanteric Femur Fractures and Osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of early postoperative administration of zoledronic acid in older patients with intertrochanteric fracture and osteoporosis. Methods 90 older patients with intertrochanteric femur fractures and osteoporosis from January 2013 to September 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group received early zoledronic acid treatment. The density of lumbar vertebra, the ipsilateral hip pain, the efficacy and safety were recorded. Results There was no significant differ-ence in the bone density of the lumbar vertebra between the two groups (P>0.05). At 6 and 12 months after treatment, the bone density of the lumbar vertebra was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). At 1, 6 and 12 months after treatment, the pain values of hip pain were decreased in both group, the decreases in the observation group were more significant than in the control group (P<0.05). The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Early ad-ministration of zoledronic acid in older patients with intertrochanteric femur fractures and osteoporosis may increase the density of verte-bral bone, relieve hip pain and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
