籽用南瓜副产物用作反刍动物饲料的可行性分析
Feasibility Analysis of By-Products of Seed Pumpkin as a Feedstuff Source for Ruminants
摘要
Abstract
Seed pumpkin is a general term for pumpkin seeds as the main edible organ or processing object, belonging to the gourd family, Cucurbita. China now ranks as the first in the world for planting area and gross production of seed pumpkin, and a large number of by-products of seed pumpkin are produced annually, inclu-ding flesh of seed pumpkin, pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin seed cake or meal and pumpkin seed coat. This paper summarized the nutritional value characteristics and application status of different by-products of seed pumpkin. And the biological effects of by-products of seed pumpkin were described in combination with the characteris-tics of nutrients in by-products, which provided a theoretical basis and guiding significance for using by-prod-ucts of seed pumpkin scientifically and reasonably.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(3) :994-1000]关键词
