摘要

Abstract

Phytochemicals have many physiological functions such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and immune enhancement. On the realization of these physiological functions, phytochemicals need to deliver the signals to cells which depends on the cellular signal recognition and transduction system. Ultimately, the expression of related key transcription factors and their effectors achieves the regulatory function. In this re-view, we summarized the patterns of the recognition and transduction for phytochemicals signal from extracel-lular to nuclear, and we also provided an overview of the signal pathways which phytochemicals involved in to realize their functions.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(3) :1009-1019]
