摘要

Abstract

In this experiment, Trichoderma koningiopsis and Phanerochaete chrysosporium were used as fer-mentation strains, the effects of mixed fungal fermentation on degradation rate of cellulose and lignin of corn straw and the optimal fermentation parameters were investigated. Single factor experiment was used to study the effects of the fungus ratio ( Trichoderma koningiopsis ∶Phanerochaete chrysosporium) , inoculation amount, additive amount of nutrient solution and fermentation day on the degradation rate of cellulose and lignin. On the basis of this experiment, the optimal fermentation factors were selected, and the effects of various factors and their interactions on the degradation rates of cellulose and lignin were further evaluated by response surface method. The quadratic polynomial mathematical model of degradation rates of cellulose and lignin of corn straw by mixed fungus fermentation was established by using design expert 8.0.6 software. The results show that the optimal parameters of mixed fungus fermentation of corn straw are as follows: fungus ratio 1.0∶4.1, inocula-tion amount 25.2%, additive amount of nutrient solution 72.2%, fermentation days 11 days. On this condi-tion, the degradation rates of cellulose and lignin reach 36.80% and 28.87%, respectively.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(3) :1385-1395]
