Abstract
Objective To explore whether it is feasible to treat the diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with Jiechangling decoction combined with compound glutamine.Methods In our hospital from May 2015 to January 2017,126 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were divided into two groups:63 cases in the observation group and 63 in the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with compound glutamine alone,on this basis the observation group was combined with Jiechangling decoction,2 weeks as a course of treatment.Efficacy was evaluated according to the symptoms and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment and the recurrence within one year in the two groups.The results included the frequency of stools and the severity of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and abdominal distention.After a course of treatment for the patients,the efficacy and quality of life were evaluated as planned.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in daily frequency of stools,the symptom scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and abdominal distention between the two groups (P＞0.05);after treatment,the daily frequency of stools,the symptom scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and abdominal distention of the observation group were (1.50d0.56),(0.3340.89),(2.16±0.13),(0.3440.55),which were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The scores of RF,SF,MH,GH of quality of life of the observation group were (42.1840.42),(63.21 ±0.83),(66.36k0.13),(65.78±0.35),which were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.54％) (P＜0.05).After treatment,the concentration of serum 5-HT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the concentration of serum SP between the two groups (P＞0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 11.11％,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.98％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Jiechangling decoction combined with compound glutamine has obvious curative effect in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,and the symptoms and quality of life of patients are greatly improved.关键词
