摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of acute pancreatitis with primary hyperparathyroidism.Method The clinical data and follow-up status of 3 cases of acute pancreatitis with primary hyperparathyroidism were reviewed (hospitalized for 5 times).Results The level of serum calcium was elevated after admission,which decreased slightly after treatment.There were 3 cases of urinary calculus.Missed parathyroid hormone detection caused 2 cases of missed diagnosis at the first admission.2 cases of acute pancreatitis had typical clinical manifestations.1 case underwent parathyroid surgery,and 2 cases of no surgery.There was no relapse during the follow-up.Conclusion Acute pancreatitis with primary hyperparathyroidism is characterized by hypercalcemia,missed diagnosis,urinary calculus,and part typical clinical manifestations.关键词
