康复护理在小儿脑瘫护理中的应用效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 62 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine + rehabilitation nursing intervention.The living ability and nursing satisfaction of the children before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the score of self-care ability of children in the observation group [(86.52±2.34)] was significantly higher than that in the control group [(62.34±4.67)] (P＜0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group (93.55％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (64.52％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is effective in children with cerebral palsy,which can improve children's self-care ability,improve their quality of life,and improve their overall nursing satisfaction,of positive significance.关键词
