Abstract
Objective To explore the effect ofpostural hypotension rhythm evaluation in the nursing for elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 90 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were selected,and underwent 3 min blood pressure monitoring in lying position and sitting position.The patients were divided into hypertension complicating by postural hypotension (OH) group (39 cases) and simple hypertension group (non-OH group) (51 cases).24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed in the two groups,and the changes of blood pressure during the day and night were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure during the day between the two groups (P＞0.05);the mean diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure during the night in OH group were significantly higher than those in non-OH group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nocturnal hypertension and supine hypertension are the main characteristics of elderly patients with hypertension complicating by postural hypotension,individualized nursing measures for the patients combined with this characteristic can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by standing upright at night.关键词
