摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the needs of lying-in women for bedside shift in order to provide evidence for high quality obstetric care.Methods Using the phenomenological method of qualitative research,10 postpartum convalescent women were interviewed in a semi-structured way.Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data.Results Four themes were extracted from the experience of bedside handover:the need for improvement in the traditional bedside handover mode;the effect of communication ability of nursing staff on maternal psychology;the problems raised during handover were not effectively solved;the maternal caregivers took part in bedside handover.Conclusion By optimizing the bedside shift mode of obstetrics,improving the communication ability of nurses,solving the problem of bedside shift timely and effectively,encouraging maternal caregivers to participate in bedside shift,improving the quality of bedside shift,matemal hospitalization experience and satisfaction degree can be improved.关键词
