Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing mode in perinatal period of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 500 pregnant women with PIH in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine nursing and individualized nursing were given to both groups during perinatal period.The role and value of the two nursing methods were comparatively analyzed.Results The systolic blood pressure [(120.82±6.44) mmHg] and diastolic blood pressure [(85.03±5.49) mmHg] in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group [(135.27±6.21) mmHg,(95.18±5.21) mmHg] (P＜0.05);the incidence of dystocia in the observation group (15.60％) was lower than that in the control group (22.80％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Intervention with high-quality personalized perinatal care for pregnant women with PIH can not only effectively reduce blood pressure,improve the delivery situation of pregnant women,so as to improve the rate of spontaneous delivery.关键词
