摘要

Abstract

In recent years, the all inorganic caesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs), namely CsPbXs (X=C1, Br, I) , have been successfully developed, because of their high photoluminescence quantum yield, narrow emission spectrum, adjustable emitting wavelength, and the advantages of wide color gamut. They have been received much attention from the global academic and industry researchers and have a great application prospect in the field of photoelectric display devices with high color purity. However, the fluorescence quenching usually occurs when CsPbX3 NCs is heated, irradiated, or in contact with polar solvents because of aggregation and decomposition, which limites its application in photoelectric display devices. Therefore, it becomes a key research direction for scientists how to enhance thermal stability, photostability, and environmental stability for CsPbX3 NCs. Many researchers have done a lot of works on this aspect, and have obtained some remarkable results. ln this paper, a brief review for researches on improving the stability of inorganic perovskite nanocrystals will be given from the following aspects: silica coating, surface treatment, construction of core-shell structure, polymer composite and ion doping.
