Abstract

In order to further enhance the oil recovery of ultra-low permeability JD oilfield, nitrogen foam flooding efficiency experiment was carried out under simulated reservoir conditions, and the effects of injection mode, injection volume, injection rate and gas-to-liquid ratio on nitrogen foam flooding efficiency were studied. The results show that: after water flooding, gas-water alternating flooding is easy to form channeling, and the plugging effect is not good ; Nitrogen foam flooding efficiency is higher than pure nitrogen flooding efficiency; the alternating injection of nitrogen and foaming agent solution is more suitable for this area than the mixing injection of them ;The increment of recovery degree increases first and then decreases with the increase of injection rate; When the gas-liquid ratio is 1: 1 ,the increment of overall recovery degree increases the most. The optimuru injection slug amount is 0. 10 PV 0. 33% foaming agent solution + 0.10 PV nitrogen + 0.03PV formation water + 0.10 PV 0.33 % foaming agent solution + 0. 10 PV nitrogen + 0. 03 PV formation water, and the optimum injection rate of the slugs is 0. 03 mL/min. Field tests show that nitrogen foam flooding can effectively improve oil recovery.
