摘要

Abstract

Aiming at improving the efficiency of electric drive system of the electric vehicle which based on induction motor,a speed sensorless control strategy for induction motor considering efficiency optimization was presented. The controller was enjoyed the advantages of both the field oriented control and the direct torque control. At the same time,a field weakening algorithm was developed to ensure the high speed performance of the motor. In order to improve the reliability,an observer based on extended Kalman filter was designed to estimate the motor speed. Based on loss mathematical model of the induction motor,the efficiency optimization algorithm was designed in the main controller to improve the efficiency of the system. At last,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by experiments.
