摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the torque ripple optimization of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive system,an optimal control scheme of PMSM torque ripple minimization considering the loss reduction based on the optimal stator current analysis was presented. Through the theoretical derivation and analytical calculation,the motor stator current expression with the highest efficiency and the best torque ripple could be obtained,which could be applied to the torque ripple minimization control in both transient and steady state. A novel linear model was adopted in the new control method to establish the relationship between the inductor and the stator current under the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control. Therefore,the inductor was no longer involved in the analytical calculation,which could effectively reduce the influence of the magnetic saturation. Finally,based on the laboratory PMSM drive system test platform,the transient and steady-state control effects of the new scheme are verified.
