摘要

Abstract

In view of the actual problems that can not be effectively controlled in the process of naval software development,in this paper,the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods are studied,the feasibility of applying the opera?tional research principle to cost evaluation is analyzed,a cost estimation model based on dynamic programming is proposed. In the model,the stage and state are separately defined,a comprehensive construction according to the parameters of the model is made, the basic basis of cost calculation is illustrated. At last,the paper demonstrates it with a concrete example,which could be a good reference for the optimization of the software development scheme and the improvement of the efficiency of military resources.
