摘要
Abstract
According to the high pressure system in ship diesel engine throttle valve failure mode,by using the AMESim simu?lation platform the common rail pressure data obtained by the test is denoised,and is used as a model input. According to the detec?tion of accumulator cavity pressure,the simulation model is calibrated. A probabilistic neural network model is constructed and the network output is the actual operation state of the throttle valve. From test bed frame to the throttle valve under normal working state data collection,choice of different smooth factors to train and verify that the network model,in the case of smoothing factor is lower than 0.5,the diagnostic accuracy rate can reach more than 95%,and it can completely satisfy the requirements of the throttle valve fault diagnosis.关键词
