Research of Object Sorting Device Based on Machine Vision
摘要
Abstract
With the development of image processing technology,machine vision technology has been widely used in modern industrial production. This paper studies the application of machine vision in object sorting problem,designs an analog industrial sorting system device by using ARM9 development platform,and introduces the image processing function and algorithm used in the design. Based on the Hough linear detection method and the Hough circle transform method,a method for evaluating the contour and the fitted square error is proposed. By simulating the sorting process of industrial objects on the device,this method can realize the sorting between regular objects and residual objects,and verify the feasibility of the proposed method.关键词
