Design and Application of Hydraulic Chuck with Inclined Plane Force-enhancing

摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the existing problems of cylinder type hydraulic chuck of full hydraulic drill used in coal mine, the design requirements of hydraulic chuck was analyzed and the overall scheme of bevel type and force-enhancing hydraulic chuck is proposed. Through structural analysis and theoretical calculation, a hydraulic chuck with inclined plane force-enhancing for 6 500 N·m drill was designed. The chuck has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient disassembly, reliable, and high construction efficiency. It is also used on 6 500 N·m all-hydraulic drilling rig, and industrial test was carried out in Yangliu Mine in Huaibei. The test showed that the chuck is reliable, easy to maintain and can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
