Abstract
This paper analyzed the successful experience of safety management of equipment maintenance center of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Limited Company, proposed the "1235" safe development model. Through strengthening the implementation of safety production responsibilities, strengthening the rectification of hidden dangers and unsafe behaviors, innovating risk source control, emergency and contractor management methods, and ramming the foundation of safety and environmental protection and other powerful measures, the goals of"zero harm" in safety production and"zero violation" in environmental protection are achieved.关键词
