大数据交易背景下用户个人数据权利的保护研究

Abstract
Big data contains huge value. The big data transaction has become an important way to promote the big data sharing and utilization. With the development of the big data transaction, the user’s personal data rights become more and more important. The paper analyses the the development and features of the personal data rights, then it mainly analyses the personal privacy right and the ownership under the background of big data transaction. In order to better promote the big data transactions and the big data resources sharing, the relevant countermeasures for personal data rights protection are proposed, which include that the government should improve the relevant system of personal rights protection, and the big data trading market need to improve the rules of personal data protection, users need to raise the awareness and ability to protect the rights of personal data, etc.关键词
