Abstract
This paper summarizes and analyzes the status of the topical knowledge service guarantee of the Belt and Road development in China, and introduces the construction goals, framework, and focuses on special database construction practice of Silk Road Science and Technology Knowledge Service System of Xi’an Jiaotong University, including the formulation of resource construction planning for different objects, the screening of high-quality resources, the collection and processing of multi-channel resources and the evaluation, the evaluation of the use effect, etc.. It also puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the special resources of the Belt and Road.关键词
