Circuit Design of a Ka-Band High Efficiency Extended Interaction Oscillator
摘要
Abstract
The design of a Ka-band high efficiency extended interaction oscillator (EIO) with ladder structure is discussed.key factors for efficiency enhancement including gap number,frequency separation,gap length,characteristic impedance (R/Q) and quality factor (Qe) are optimized to achieve effective beam modulation and to avoid mode competition.EIO circuits suitable for high interaction efficiency are preliminarily designed.关键词
