Abstract
The scholars explored the background of the " China Program" from the aspects of historical background, theoretical basis, ideological origin, and practical basis . The scholars explained the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of the " China Program" , they pointed out that the basic characteristics of the " China Program" include the unity of nationality and universality, the unity of theory and practice, the unity of certainty and development . The scholars analyzed the content systems of the " China Program" from the perspectives of global economic governance, ruling party building, poverty governance, ecological environment governance, Internet governance, and international order construction . Moreover, they evaluated the value of the " China Program" from four aspects. The " China Program" research needs to be deepened and expanded, and enriching research content, innovating research methods, expanding research horizons, and strengthening extra-territorial communication are the ways and directions for deepening research.关键词
