摘要

Abstract

A high gain Boost converter based on CD module was proposed to solve the problem of low voltage gain, large switching voltage stress and low overall energy conversion efficiency of DC step-up converter. The lower duty cycle was used to achieve high gain,and it avoided the switch voltage stress is too large. The working principle of various working modes including the converter was analyzed in detail,the exact formulas of voltage gain,voltage stress of switch and diode and other performance parameters were deduced,the detailed performance was analyzed and compared with other converter. Finally,a 200 W experimental prototype confirmed the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
