Abstract
In order to understand the immune status and immune effects of the chicken Newcastle disease in each county (district) of Yanan city, the serum antibody levels of Newcastle disease virus in 13counties (district) of Ganquan, Zhidan, Wuqi and Baota of Yanan city were tested in Spring and Autumn of 2017, and the immune effects was monitored and measured.The analysis and corresponding evaluation were carried out.The results showed that the total qualified rate of immune antibodies in 1 573 chicken sera was83.73％, which indicated that the qualified rate of immune antibody of NDV in 13counties (districts) of Yanan was higher.But the qualified rates of the seral immune antibody in market chickens and chicks were68.93％and 75.26％ respectively, the qualified rate of antibody was relatively low, and the level of antibody was also low, and there was potential risk.It should be paid enough attention.After two or three immunizations, the antibody level was higher, which indicated that two or three immunization procedures were necessary and worthy of promotion.关键词
