Progress on Immunosuppression Induced by Subgroup J Avian Leukosis Virus and Its Related Signal Pathways

Abstract
Immunosuppression induced by avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) can affect the growth and reproduction of chickens and cause secondary infection of other pathogens, which is one of the important pathogens that endanger the poultry industry.In recent years, many studies showed that immunosuppression and tumorigenesis caused by ALV-J infection in the host are the complex multifactorial processes that affect both humoral and cellular immune responses.In the paper, ALV-J particles invading the host and replication were described, mainly divided into adsorption, invasion, replication and release processes.The main reason of ALV-J immunosuppression and several signal transduction pathways involved in host infection were briefly discussed, and the related research on ALV-J was prospected.关键词
